This project utilizes a FANUC M-20iD/25 robot paired with a Fronius TPS500i welding machine, TBI water-cooled welding torch, and Siemens PLC control system to achieve automated welding operations. During system operation, manual loading/unloading is required approximately every 1.5 hours, while all other actions (including welding, positioning, and material handling) operate automatically (operators are responsible for changing fixtures and adjusting positions during workpiece changeover or first-piece setup). The loading/unloading conveyor line has a total designed length of 15-20 meters to ensure efficient and smooth material flow.

Throughout the entire process of project design, manufacturing, installation, and operation, strict compliance is maintained with the latest national, industry, and Shandong Province regulations and standards regarding safety, fire protection, environmental protection, and occupational health (such as "Mechanical Electrical Safety Standards" and "Welding Fume Emission Limits"). The system meets mandatory energy efficiency requirements, and the use of any high-energy-consuming obsolete electromechanical equipment or products explicitly eliminated by national regulations is strictly prohibited. The overall project solution must pass Safety Pre-Assessment (SAFE) and Occupational Health (OH) risk evaluations, with all equipment selection and process flows complying with local regulations like the "Shandong Green Manufacturing Standard System" to achieve compliance, energy efficiency, and technological advancement.
I. Operating Environment
1.Operating voltage: AC 380V ±10%, 50Hz, three-phase five-wire system;
2.Ambient temperature: -10°C to 45°C (indoor environment);
3.Relative humidity: <90% (indoor relative humidity);
4.Floor and load-bearing: Concrete floor, approximately 20cm thick.
5.Compressed air: ≥0.4MPa (contains moisture);
6.The client provides the site and ancillary infrastructure (water, electricity, gas, etc.).
7.Total project space: 27m × 9.3m.

II. Main Configuration
Fanuc robot M-20iD/25 + Fronius welding machine TPS500i + TBI water-cooled welding torch + Siemens PLC.

III. Operator Requirements
Loading and unloading every 1.5 hours, with other operations automated (for part replacement or the first piece, the operator is responsible for changing fixtures and adjusting positions). The total length of the loading/unloading conveyor line is 15-20m.
