This technical transformation project implements a dual-robot welding system for MIG welding (including intercooler, oil cooler, and radiator). The system configuration features two welding robots with an independent positioner installed on opposite sides.
Operational Flexibility:
Independent Mode: Each robot can simultaneously weld different workpieces (of either identical or varying specifications) on separate positioners
Mode: Both robots collaboratively weld the same workpiece on the first positioner before automatically transferring to the second positioner's workpiece.
