Hello everyone! At this moment of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, we gathered together to jointly hold the 2024 Dade (South) Year-end Summary and Commendation Conference. First of all, host Bu Wenyan expressed heartfelt thanks to all colleagues on behalf of the company for their hard work and contributions to the company in the past year!
1. Opening speech
Along with warm applause, we welcomed the opening speech of Mr. Li Mingjie, chairman of the company. Chairman Li Mingjie briefly reviewed the work of the past year, affirmed the company's performance, and extended sincere greetings and blessings to all employees.

In the past year, many of our colleagues have performed outstandingly at work and made great contributions to the development of the company. Next, please ask company leaders to award outstanding employee certificates and bonuses to us in recognition of their hard work.
One of the special outstanding employees - Xu Danzhou, who is far away in the United States. Xu Danzhou, who cannot return to China to spend the Spring Festival with his family due to work reasons, through WeChat video connection, we conveyed our thoughts and blessings to each other for the New Year.
One of the special outstanding employees is Zhang Zhengxing, who is at the customer site in Shandong. In order to meet the customer's project progress needs, a group of installation and debugging personnel represented by Zhang Zhengxing still stick to their jobs.
