On August 27, the 2024 "Dade Heavy Industry Cup" robot simulation competition came to a successful conclusion. After fierce competition, the winners were finally announced. First of all, the winner of the first prize is @ Zhang Peng, a mechanical engineer of our technical department; In this competition, he performed well, showing excellent skills and excellent teamwork spirit. Secondly, we would also like to congratulate the second prize winner @ Dong Qilong, an engineer who specializes in tooling design. In this competition, he performed almost perfectly with his skillful skills, but due to operational errors, he missed the first prize crown, which is regrettable. Finally, we would like to congratulate Guo Liangjie, the third prize winner, who is a rising star in the robot debugging workshop. He used his spare time to complete the training for this competition. In this competition, although his performance is not perfect, it is also remarkable. It is particularly worth mentioning that his persistent spirit during the preparation process is worth learning from all our employees.
Based on the principles of fairness and justice, this competition fully demonstrated the strength and competitiveness of all contestants. At the same time, it also made us deeply aware of the many benefits of robot simulation software technology to industrial manufacturing. For example, robot simulation technology can help designers find potential problems in the early stage of product development and provide design quality by simulating mechanical motion, robot motion trajectory and collision detection; It also helps to optimize the workstation unit layout, ensure the safe distance between the robot and peripheral equipment, and improve production efficiency and safety.
