l FANUC robotic welding system (featuring arc tracking & automatic torch-changing)
l Binzel laser tracking & Fronius multi-process (MIG/TIG) welding system
l Siemens PLC control system (integrated with MES)
l Integrated environmental dust removal and safety systems
Operation Capability: Delivers high-precision, defect-free welding with a first-pass acceptance rate of ≥99%. The intelligent control system enables real-time data monitoring and flexible programming for various workpieces, ensuring superior efficiency and uncompromising quality.
